Hey brothers and sisters, I really do not like this but I feel I have no choice but to at least ask to see, I have got to be in court on Monday, this upcoming monday, and we have no way to get there and if I am not there, I will be thrown in jail, to make things worse, our vehicle needs about $300 in work. This means I muct raise approx $650 or more by Sunday evening, when we must leave to get to court on monday. God Bless..

I pray that God's will be done. That families would be united as He intended. I also pray that through this ordeal you learn whatever it is that He has for you to learn. Remember suffering i promised to only be temporary, although it doesn't feel that way. It also promised that God is faithful and our suffering serves a purpose. Sometimes that purpose isn't even for us but so we can have empathy for others and encourage them.
Rest, and know that God is still God.

We went to court today for our CPS case, which was to get our son back. CPS Gave us a shinning recomendation to have our son Matthew returned to us ASAP... Which would have gone as planned , BUT, the lawyer (if you want to call her that) who is representing our son, objected to his immediate return to us and said she wanted us to stop using cannabis completely before she would agree to is..... We do not understand why this is happening to us, I thought we had been through enough pain and isery but I guess not, satan keeps throwing boulders....

Thank God for you and providing this site through you. I could have had a serious psychotic breakdown if not to see the fellowship of other Christians arround cannabis. Actually in the outside world I use the term "Followers of God" and go into descriptive detail of Christianity since so many people who claim to be Christians would automaticallly find contradiction in use of Cannabis and being a Christian. Thank you Jini, I appreciate you offer. I am not sure at this point what would help , i am praying that this struggle is almost over, with the cop killing himself, they cannot proceewd with the criminal case, I presume, but you never know, as far as our son is concerned, I feel we will have him back within 2 weeks, our next court dATE is march 20th for criminal and 22nd for cps.The case worker I think will recomend getting him to us asap. We are just at the end of our rope financially though, we have no food left, and are trying to keep from being evicted from where we arew now, but owe him soo much I do notknow if we can stop it, The Lord has never failed us and I have faith something or someone will find us and help. We went to court yesterday, and the CPS dept here, will hopefully give us our son back within 3 weeks. Please pray for the safe return of our beautiful son Matthew. We have been devastated. Hopefully, I pray , the CPS department here in Sacramento is much more professional an unbiased against medical cannabis. Down in San Luis county, they are like nazis.... They removed our son because they felt that cannabis is soo deadly to a ch ild that we put him in danger simply by having growing cannabis in our home.....

I agree about cultural compromise. It's just that I see prohibition a cultural value imposed upon the Church; as far as I'm concerned an attack from the devil.
Those who seek the truth and are truly children of the Almighty will, as the scriptures say, "come out of her!". Jeff, your name begins with a J (as does mine, Jarrett as well as JESUS) however did you know the letter J was not part of ANY ALPHABET (especially not Hebrew or Greek) until about 500 years ago? (this is all easily verified in a good encyclopedia or just "google it"). So how is it that the Savior and MessiYAH was named JESUS? It wasn't. His name was YAH'shua. "Jesus" or actually IESUS (the original name in the Greek) is really an intentional mistranslation which was done by the Roman Catholic Church. Iesus (pronounced "hey-zooz" or "Hail Zeus") is really just pagan worship of the false greek/roman god Zeus.
Actually, the early Church celebrated at the same time as cultural festivals of their communities to avoid persecution.
For instance, we see the word "Easter" in the Bible. But that dosen't mean I worship Ishtar in April. Even the Sunrise service was started to avoid persecution.
When you go to Church on SUNday you are in fact worshipping the SUN. Think Saturday is better? Nope! You are worshipping SATURN (he also has a "holiday" called Saturnalia, however you probably refer to it as Christmas).
The deception runs much deeper than just cannabis friends... you all know a little truth, now you must seek ALL truth.
That's a thought -provoking article. But there's something about corporate worship that is an integral part of the Way, and you kind of lose it without the Sunday Service. It's probably beacuse of our traditions.
But it's true that Churches can lean too much on marketing. I have a hard time in big churches. There's no conviction. We just need to keep it real.
